In pursuant to learning exchange cum policy initiatives workshop organized by SARVARTH on dated 9th October,2024, a Strategic Advisory Groups (SAG) on Mental Health and Well-Being is constituted for a period of three years from February 2025 to January 2028. The SAG will have 11 members including the Chairperson, Members Secretary cum Convenor, Co-Convenor and an additional member (maximum up to four) as a Special Invitee and nominated member.

The SAG on Mental Health & Well-Being will act as an independent multi sectoral expert advisory cum strategic body for sustained policy advocacy to address the broader and structural determinants of mental health and wellbeing issues across disciplines and sectors in India to achieve greater impact of mental health initiatives and a better future while advancing mental health for all as their right.
